Many realtors will suggest a home inspection be done, and we agree that this is always a good idea. However, the average home inspection looks for overall, large problems that might include plumbing or electrical issues. We're certainly not saying they don't look at your roof; they just may look at it rather quickly and be assessing only 1 or two parts of what makes a good roof function well. 

That's why K&K Premier Construction offers roof-specific inspections. We thoroughly go over the entire roofing system of your new home. Checking the roof itself, as well as the ventilation systems and insulation, and verify how much longer the roof may last. 

If we find any issues and you choose K&K Premier Construction to remedy them, we'll credit the inspection fee back to you on your final invoice.
